Internationally, there are several prominent networks and communities for Chief of Staffs (CoS) that are also open to Swedish members. The Chief of Staff Association (CSA) is the most established global network, active in over 75 countries and offers exclusive membership, the Certified Chief of Staff® certification, and executive education in collaboration with leading business schools such as Harvard and Oxford. CSA organizes regular summits in European cities such as London, Berlin, and Milan, and has an active Slack community for global exchange and mentoring. The Chief of Staff Network is another large international network with over 30,000 members and PRO-level specialization. They organize Chief of Staff Connect conferences in cities such as London, Berlin, San Francisco, and New York, and offer digital forums, roundtables, and peer learning programs. Other resources include Ask a Chief of Staff, LinkedIn groups, and the Reddit forum (r/ChiefsOfStaff) where CoS professionals from around the world share experiences and advice. These networks provide Swedish Chiefs of Staff with access to international best practices, mentorship, and opportunities to participate in global events and training, strengthening both their own role and the organization’s strategic capacity.
