ESG and sustainability requirements are becoming increasingly important for Swedish organizations, and CoS often has the responsibility to coordinate and report on sustainability initiatives. New regulations such as the CSRD and the Annual Reporting Act require that sustainability data be collected, analyzed, and reported in a structured manner. CoS serves as a link between management, operations, and external stakeholders, ensuring that sustainability goals are integrated into the business strategy.
