CoS often takes on responsibility for coordinating digital transformation projects, ensuring that sustainability goals are integrated into the business strategy and reporting according to new regulations such as the CSRD and the Annual Reporting Act. The role therefore requires both technical understanding and the ability to drive change in collaboration with various stakeholders. In Sweden, where flat hierarchies and consensus are the norm, CoS becomes a key figure in anchoring and implementing these initiatives.
