Enterprise Architecture (EA) is well adapted to the Swedish leadership culture, which is characterized by flat hierarchies, consensus (cooperation), and employee influence (MBL). EA processes are based on transparency, participation, and cross-functional collaboration, which fits the Swedish model where decisions are often made by consensus and where all voices must be heard. By using EA, the organization can visualize complex relationships and create shared images of the current situation and the goal, which facilitates dialogue and anchoring. Workshops, feedback loops, and scenario analyses are common elements in EA work and support inclusive decision-making. For a Chief of Staff, this means using EA as a tool to bring together different stakeholders, create consensus, and drive change in a way that is aligned with Swedish values of openness and collaboration.
